Sometimes you're just trying to make the spaceships go pew-pew or the characters bang, and weeks later, when you’re doing your final re-read before publishing, you trip over a Big Theme™ lying on the floor. And squint at it thinking, “Where the hell did you come from?”

So this is me, planting my ‘Sex Work is Work’ flag on this dusty asteroid. One of the few things that Wren and Val would agree on.
